I can’t even explain how mad I am about how messed up my hair looks I like wanna cry dude they absolutely butchered it I don’t want to even leave the house man

Horrible customer service. They actually want you to buy a phone so you must check in on line thru the app, and they want to charge you more than any other barbershop in the area for this service. It's terrible a place.
