A newly transplanted individual from East Coast, I have finally found something worth in California! The hairstylist has made the experience memorable to the point of desiring my hair to grow quickly. This way I don't have to wait 4-6 weeks to cut my hair. I recommend MVP treatment with hot towel and massage. Just all around memorable and always looking forward to going back again. Thanks Nikki.

I’ve been in this sport clips before. And sadly it was the same experience as last time. One of the employees (which I found out today is the general store manager at this location) is very unprofessional. My stylist was kind enough to change the channel to what I requested. And she scolded the employee about politics. Mind you, this was a sports channel station. Which I requested. She belittled her employee. The time prior the same manager was complaining and gossiping about another customer after they left. That time I didn’t write any reviews because I like to keep to myself. It is unlikely that I will ever return to this shop. Very unprofessional! The vibe in this place is horrific. I’m sorry to my stylist for writing a bad review. Your services were great. Hopefully there is a change soon before this business gets a bad name.

Wasn’t my first time in this location, but was by far the best experience I have had! I have had the manager cut my hair before and it was more like a sales pitch. Which for me is not what I’m going for. But this time was different. Sarah was my designated stylist and was phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable and as if I’ve known her forever. Made certain the cut was done as I wanted. By far the best experience I’ve had at a sport clips. Will be returning for my neck trim next week :)
